1. Order Processing & Dispatch
The delivery timeline is divided into two phases:
- Preparation (Processing Time): This includes order verification, rigorous quality control, and secure packaging. All orders are processed and sent to our distribution center for dispatch within 48 hours of placement.
- Transit (Shipping Time): This is the time it takes for items to travel from our distribution center to your destination.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
We offer two tiers of shipping services to meet your needs: Standard and VIP Priority. Please find the estimated transit times and costs for your region below.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor the status of your shipment in real-time.
