We understand that plans change.

  • After Shipping: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, it may be returned upon arrival in accordance with our return policy below.

2. Returns

We accept product returns within 14 days of receipt.

To ensure a smooth return process, please adhere to the following standards:

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact condition in which you received them.
  • Packaging: Please return items in their original packaging.
  • Proof: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Contact our support team for the correct return address.

3.Shipping & Fees

  • No Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees for returning a product.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs (this applies to the total order cycle). You will not be double-charged for standard shipping logistics.
