1. Order Cancellation
We understand that plans change.

Before Shipping: You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before the product is shipped or produced.

After Shipping: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, it may be returned upon arrival in accordance with our return policy below.
2. Returns
We accept product returns within 14 days of receipt.
To ensure a smooth return process, please adhere to the following standards:

Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact condition in which you received them.

Packaging: Please return items in their original packaging.

Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Contact our support team for the correct return address.

No Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees for returning a product.

Shipping Costs: Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs (this applies to the total order cycle). You will not be double-charged for standard shipping logistics.

Inspection & Processing Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds Refund posting times can vary by bank. If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

- Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).
- Contact your bank (there is often some processing time before a refund is posted).
